Shipping:

We currently ship to both Canada and United States. All shipping is DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) which means you will not have to pay any tariffs, duties, or brokerage fees once it arrives at your door. 

Because each item is made to order we run a 1-2 week processing time before it is shipped out. We live on an island, in the winter time there can be ferry delays affecting shipping via ground so please be patient. If you need it by a certain date contact us first, we will be happy to work with you to see if we can make it happen.

 

Refunds:

There are none. Two reasons why:

1) These are made to order in a multitude of colours. I don't hold an inventory and,

2) More importantly; contamination. I can't take the risk of a returned hide having been exposed to a scent and then reselling it to another customer. Thus if I accepted returns I wouldn't be able to resell them, I would have to destroy them instead.
